These terms govern your use of houseofmastery.co and your participation in House of Mastery programs, events, and assessments. By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them. A draft pending formal legal review; questions to mail@mogire.com.

What House of Mastery is, and is not

House of Mastery provides leadership and personal development education: programs, cohorts, assessments, events, and written material. It is educational. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, financial advice, or legal advice. Dr. Job Mogire is a licensed physician, and nothing here creates a doctor-patient relationship. If you are in medical or psychological crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed clinician.

Enrollment and payment

Program fees, schedules, and inclusions are stated on the relevant program page or enrollment agreement at the time you enroll, and that agreement governs where it differs from these terms. Fees are payable in the currency stated (Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise indicated) via the payment methods we offer. Installment plans, where offered, are a commitment to the full program fee.

Refunds and transfers

Cohort programs reserve a seat and trigger preparation on our side, so refund and transfer terms are stated per program in the enrollment agreement. Where no term is stated: a written cancellation more than 14 days before the program start receives a full refund less processing costs; within 14 days of start, fees may be transferred once to the next cohort but are not refundable; after a program begins, fees are not refundable. Event tickets are transferable to another person at any time and refundable up to 7 days before the event.

Your commitments

Programs involve community. You agree to engage honestly, to keep other participants’ disclosures confidential, and to treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect. We may remove anyone who endangers the integrity or safety of a cohort, with any refund at our reasonable discretion.

Intellectual property

The frameworks, names, materials, and methods used in our work, including KOORA, ALCARRA, the Six Covenants, and the 180 Open Loops Ledger, belong to House of Mastery and Dr. Job Mogire. You may use them in your own life freely. You may not resell, teach commercially, or reproduce them as your own without written permission.

Results

We teach with full effort and stand behind the work. We do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes; your results depend on your participation.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from the site or programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will first be raised with us in writing and addressed in good faith before any formal proceeding.
