KOORA: The Finisher Protocol

From the Ekegusii gokoora: to finish without flinching.

One hundred eighty days. Six covenants. A weekly engine called ALCARRA. A monthly stake called DCR. And one countable deliverable at the end: your 180 Open Loops Ledger, the record of what you finally closed.

Dr. Job Mogire, seated, composed

The Six Covenants

Self

The identity work. Who is doing the finishing.

Body

The vessel. Energy, sleep, movement, the physical contract.

Craft

The work itself. Skill, output, the professional ledger.

People

The relationships carried, repaired, and honored.

Future

The commitments made to the person you are becoming.

World

The contribution. What your finishing makes possible for others.

How it runs

ALCARRA is the weekly engine: Awareness, Learning, Change, Action, Resilience, Reflection, Accountability. Seven commitments, practiced in community. DCR is the monthly stake: Decision, Commitment, Resolution, made in front of witnesses who will ask you about it.

Cohort 1 began in Nairobi on May 4, 2026 and runs through October. Investment: KES 90,000, or KES 15,000 monthly across the six covenants. Graduates carry one identity: Finisher. The community answers to one name: Alcarraites.
