This policy describes how House of Mastery (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information on houseofmastery.co and in our programs. It is written in plain language on purpose. A draft pending formal legal review; questions to mail@mogire.com.

Who we are

House of Mastery is a leadership development institution headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, founded by Dr. Job Mogire, MD FACP FACC. Nothing on this site or in our programs constitutes medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by using them.

What we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, and phone number when you join a waitlist, take an assessment, register for an event, enroll in a program, or contact us. Assessment responses you choose to submit. Payment details are processed by our payment providers (including M-Pesa and card processors); we do not store full card numbers or M-Pesa PINs.

Information collected automatically. Standard analytics data: pages visited, approximate location from IP, device and browser type, and referral source. We use this to understand what serves readers and what does not.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: assessment results, program materials, event logistics, and replies to your messages. To send you relevant communication about our work, which you can leave with one click at any time. To improve the site and programs. To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it except with the service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics), each bound to use it only for the service they provide, or where the law requires it.

Where it lives and how long

Our infrastructure providers may process data in Kenya, the United States, and the European Union. We keep personal information for as long as you maintain a relationship with us and for the period legal and tax obligations require afterward, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Write to mail@mogire.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use the minimum necessary cookies for the site to function and for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.

Children

Our programs and site are built for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any material change to this policy on this page with a new date.
