House of Mastery in London

The UK’s African professional community is generations deep: NHS consultants, City analysts, founders, and the children of those who came first, succeeding in a system that never quite feels like home ground.

Succeeding abroad is its own pattern

The diaspora professional runs two ledgers: the career in London and the obligations at home. Both get serviced. What goes unserviced is the third ledger, the one with your name on it: the unfinished degree, the unwritten book, the body, the conversation, the return. House of Mastery was built in Africa for African high achievers, and it travels because the pattern travels.

From London, the institution is fully live. The Daily Reset streams Monday through Thursday on Zoom, the same session taken in the Nairobi room at International House and by member circles across Africa. The Friday Deep Dive masterclass runs May through October. KOORA: The Finisher Protocol, the 180-day flagship, is open to the diaspora virtually, the same covenants, the same ledger, the same identity at the end: Finisher.
