The Finisher's Table

Account for the first third, among peers

Thursday 6 May 2027, morning, in person in Nairobi

A seat is KES 3,000 per session, about USD 23, rising to KES 4,000 one week before each class.

The scoreboard most leaders keep

A confident first-quarter story, well told.

The one this room installs

Being on course rather than looking on course: a year you can account for honestly a third of the way in, with a named, spoken commitment for the rest.

The question this room answers

What has the first third of the year built in you, and what do you want the remaining two-thirds to build?

What the room covers

  • Accounting for a year versus reporting on it
  • What the first third has actually produced, measured against what you committed in March
  • Who you have been becoming while carrying this year
  • Stewardship: what it means to have been given another year and to have used a third of it
  • What you want the people at this table to hold you to for the rest

The exercise

Give a two-minute spoken account of what the year has built so far. Then name your commitment for May through December, out loud, to the room. The commitment becomes witnessed the moment it is spoken here.

What you walk out with

Stand before a room of peers, give a true account of what the year has built so far, and commit the rest of it out loud to people who will hold you to it.

You leave with your witnessed account and commitment for the year.

You do not need the earlier rooms. Walk in this month, and leave with your witnessed account and commitment for the year.

You become a finisher others want at the table, who can account for the year without flinching, with two-thirds still ahead.
