KOORA: The Finisher Protocol · The next cohort

You know what you have not finished. This is the room where you finish it.

You did not come here for information. You have information. You came because you have carried the same unfinished thing for years, and it has started to cost you in ways you cannot bill for. You know the pattern by now. You start. You get far enough in to feel the weight. You put it down. You call it strategy.

You are not short of discipline. You are short of a room that will notice if you leave. KOORA is that room: six covenants, one a month, kept every weekday morning at five with people who ask the next day whether you did what you said. When you fall, you return within twenty-four hours and the room is still there. By the last morning the thing is closed, and you closed it.

Cohort 1 finishes in October. The next cohort runs 1 May to 31 October 2027. Your name on the list gets the seat first.

If you took the KOORA screen

You have the name of the pattern. This is where it gets broken.

You know which of the four reflexes runs your week, and which faculty it runs through. That is the pattern, named. KOORA is where the pattern gets broken and replaced, one covenant at a time, with the room asking every morning. If you have not taken it yet, it is free, thirty questions, and your result is on screen. Take the KOORA screen.

From Dr. Job Mogire

You have already tried what you know.

The reading list. The coach. The retreat that lasted a weekend. The app. Each of them worked for the two weeks you gave it, and each ended the same way: you went back to the version of yourself who does not finish. Six more months without a room like this is six more months of the same. Ten more years is who you are at fifty-five.

I am a cardiologist. I meet the person you will be at seventy, often on my table, often after the moment they wish they had used. You are still inside the moment.

What KOORA is, plainly

Six months. Six covenants. One month each.

  1. Month 1 · Self

    The Honest Mirror

The identity work. Who is doing the finishing.

  2. Month 2 · Body

    The Cardiologist's Reset

The vessel. Energy, sleep, movement, the physical contract.

  3. Month 3 · Craft

    The Last Ten Percent

The work itself. Skill, output, the professional ledger.

  4. Month 4 · People

    Lay It Down

The relationships carried, repaired, and honored.

  5. Month 5 · Future

    Room to Breathe

The commitments made to the person you are becoming.

  6. Month 6 · World

    Bigger Than You

The world inside you, and the world it builds.

Each month keeps the same four-week shape.

Week one
Release the four reflexes: complain, criticise, compare, compete.
Week two
Diagnose the four hungers underneath them: aliveness, connection, meaning, fulfilment.
Week three
Engage the four necessities that move you: duty, opus, declaration, identity.
Week four
Finish with the four fidelities: mind, heart, will, hand.

By the end of month one, one covenant is sealed. By the end of month six, six are.

Inside the room

What you get, morning by morning.

Monday to Thursday, 5:00 to 5:30am EAT
The Daily Reset, live on Zoom. You speak the seven ALCARRA commitments aloud and name what you will finish today. The next morning the room asks whether you did.
Friday, 5:00 to 6:00am EAT
Deep Dive Friday with Dr. Mogire. The month’s covenant taken to depth. He is frequently in the room on Monday mornings as well.
Saturday
Reflection. You write down what the week showed you about who you are.
Sunday
Blueprint. You use what the week showed you to draw up the week ahead.
  • Six covenant assessments, one a month, so you can see the block before the month begins.
  • The twenty-four-hour return, for the days you fall.
  • A cohort that notices when you go quiet, and small groups inside it that ask what moved.
  • Dr. Mogire on Deep Dive Friday and frequently on Monday mornings; the room co-hosted by Gladys Muhunyo.

You will fall. Falling is not the failure. Refusing to return is.

What you do not get: a badge, a certificate, a graduation photo for LinkedIn. The point is the closed loop.

Cohort 1, four months in

Before KOORA, and now, in their own words.

Cohort 1 began on 4 May 2026. Four months in, they rated the room 8.9 out of 10. In their words:

The how was missing. Now I am making things happen.
Mutheu, Cohort 1
Any work I start now gets completed. KOORA taught me to move before I feel ready.
Hellen, Cohort 1
The place where truth looks you in the face. I was random; now I am collected.
Rose, Cohort 1
The 180 days of being consistent sets me apart. I now know what I am worthy of.
Janet, Cohort 1
I was very reactive. Now I pause before I react, and nothing takes my peace.
Wambui, Cohort 1
I am calmer and more intentional. My awareness has greatly increased.
Mercy, Cohort 1

Who this is for

You have finished harder things than most people attempt.

You are respected in your field. You are the person others call. And there is a specific thing you have carried, unfinished, for at least three years: a book, a body, a business, a conversation, a version of yourself. You are ready to stop calling it strategy.

Who this is not for

Three people who should close this page.

If you are looking for a weekend that will change your life, this is a room, not a weekend. If you want a coach who tells you what you want to hear, this room tells you the truth. If you have never finished anything and are hoping this will be the first, start smaller, and come back.

What the six months cost you

Time, money, and the truth.

Time

Thirty minutes every weekday morning and an hour on Friday: about three hours a week, for six months, at an hour when nobody else is asking for you.

Money

KES 80,000 in full, or six payments of KES 15,000, by M-Pesa or card. Pay in full, or month by month as each covenant opens.

Truth

You will be seen. By Dr. Mogire, by the cohort, by yourself. Most of what you are paying for is the room where you cannot pretend.

The guarantee

Try it long enough to see it work.

You come to the mornings for the first fourteen days, the first two Deep Dive Fridays included. You do the Daily Reset each of those days. You do not skip week one of month one. If, by the end of week two, you cannot see the shape of what this will do, ask for the full refund.

I am not asking you to believe me. I am asking you to try it long enough to see it work.

Who holds the room

A cardiologist who reads the pattern the way he reads a heart.

Dr. Job Mogire has practised cardiology for over a decade in Kenya and the United States. He built KOORA because the pattern he meets in the exam room is the pattern he meets in the boardroom: finished on the outside, unfinished where nobody can see. He reads it the same way he reads a heart, what it is doing and what it is for, and then he trains the finish. The room is co-hosted by Gladys Muhunyo.

Against what you have tried

Why the room, and not another course.

Coaching
One person meets you weekly. Useful, and not a room: no shared window, no cohort to notice.
Retreats
Three days of clarity. Then you return to the life that made you need the retreat, and nothing was built to hold what you saw.
Apps
Daily prompts. Nobody notices when you go silent for three weeks.
Books
You have already read the books.
KOORA
Six months. The same people. The same cardiologist in the room every week. A daily practice small enough to hold, and a return for the days you fall.

After you put your name down

What happens next.

  1. Today

Your name goes on the list and a receipt lands in your inbox.

  2. When the cohort opens

The date, the price and your seat come to you first, by email and on WhatsApp if you gave a number.

  3. The week before

The calendar and the first week’s preparation. You meet the room before the room meets you.

  4. The first morning

1 May 2027, five o’clock, East Africa Time. The Covenant with Self opens. You begin.

Questions you are probably asking

When does the next cohort start?

Cohort 1 finishes in October. The next cohort runs 1 May to 31 October 2027, and the seats go to the waitlist first. Each covenant month also opens to new members, so if you would rather not wait, write to us on WhatsApp and we tell you which month is open now.

What if I miss a morning?

You return within 24 hours. You do not lose your seat because you fell. You lose your seat because you stopped returning.

Is this religious?

KOORA is not a church. The word covenant is used the way a court uses it: a binding word, given before witnesses. The daily recommitment ends with so help me God, and members of more than one faith say it.

Can I do it while running a company or a practice?

Yes. It was built for people already doing hard work. Half an hour a morning before the day starts, and an hour on Friday.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. Come to the mornings for the first fourteen days, do not skip week one of month one, and if by the end of week two you cannot see the shape of what this will do, ask for the full refund.

I have done a lot of personal work already.

Then you know the difference between insight and completion. KOORA is for completion.

Do I have to be in Nairobi?

No. KOORA runs live on Zoom everywhere. Members across Africa and the diaspora attend the same mornings; invited committed members may attend in person at House of Mastery in Nairobi.

The decision

You will decide in the next few minutes.

Either you put your name down for the room, or you close this page and go back to the version of yourself who does not finish. That version has run your calendar for a while. It is competent. It is respected. It is tired. You already know what it will do with the next six months. You do not know what the finisher will do, because you have not let the finisher work yet.

The next cohort

Join the next cohort.

Cohort 1 finishes in October. The next cohort runs 1 May to 31 October 2027. Your name on the list gets the price and the seat first. If a covenant month is open now and you would rather start, the seat is KES 80,000 in full, or six payments of KES 15,000.

How your details are used

You cannot keep a covenant you have not sworn.

You are permitted to have drifted.

You are not permitted to stop returning.
